Grapefruit Pound Cake

I made my first pound cake! YAY! This was an interesting recipe I found on the sassy radish blog. I have never made a dessert that incorporated grapefruit, so I thought it would be fun to try. I don’t have very much experience making cakes in general so I didn’t alter this recipe at all. I think the end result was really good and would be a great dessert for a summertime meal. I will definitely make it again.
